SQL SERVER – 2008 – Update Resolving Conflict Between SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008

I have been receiving many complains where user has installed SQL Server 2008 and when trying to install SQL Server 2005 after that installation never completed. Well, Microsoft has provided solution for this issue. Download the patch and install it first and then try to install SQL Server 2005 and it should install fine.
