Can you please let us clear the difference between
SQL Server 2008 Management Studio Basic and SQL Server 2008 Management Studio.[with other editions like enterprise, developers,standarad , web e.t.c]
I have installed MS SQL server 2008 Express with Advanced Services on my Vista Ultimate. During the installation, I notice that Management Studio - Basic is one of the components that will be installed. After the installation, I cannot find the Management Studio Basic. Any comment?
I look at the Setup Discovery Report for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and it include the feature Management Tools - Basic. So, my question is how to open up the Management Tools Basic.
For the above post, it should be Management Tool - Basic and not Management Studio - Basic.
