A client of mine for whom, I am doing consulting Snowflake Comprehensive Database Performance Health Check, recently asked me if I know any way to Analysis Query Performance. Of course, I do and let me show you how you can also do it.
When you log in to the Snowflake Computing platform, you should click on the History tab on the top of the portal.
Once you click on it, it will list all the queries. Over here, click on the Query ID of your preferred query.
Once you click on it, it will open the details page for you. Over here, click on the Query Profile and you will be able to see additional details.
Over here, click on Query Profile.
Over here, you will get all the details about your query which you can also use to compare the performance. If you have not read two of my previous blog posts, I suggest you read them as well.
Well, I hope you enjoyed this quick post on how to Analysis Query Performance for Snowflake.
Reach out to me on Twitter and we can talk more about it.
