This cheat sheet is out of date. The download on this page is retired. The 2025 edition has every query tested on SQL Server 2025, all the scripts on one page and a free 4-page PDF. That is the one I keep up to date.
SQL Server Cheatsheet has been extremely popular download from my blog. There is plenty of request for me to update it with SQL Server 2012 features. I have finally upgraded the cheat sheet with SQL Server 2012 features. The new cheat sheet has following updates.
- SSMS Shortcuts
- Columnstore Index
- SQL Server 2012 Datetime Functions
- SQL Server Ranking Functions
- SQL Server 2012 Analytic functions
The old PDF is retired. The current edition is in the box at the top of this post.
Want the current cheat sheet? This page is kept for the record. The 2025 edition, with every script on one page and the free PDF, is the one I keep up to date.

Thanks a lot for the resource.
It’s a bit confusing when it comes to download it though, ad the download link is so close to the google ad…
In any case, a SQL cheat sheet is an absolute necessity, thanks again!
I think you have a typo above. I believe you meant to state “not” and not “now”.
However, it is “now” allowed to store, host or upload anywhere without prior permission.
Thanks for the great cheat sheet.
Thank you very much sir..
