SQLAuthority News – 1 Million Visitors in last 1 year – [Update 2019]

It is indeed a bit day for me. I am very happy that I have 1 million visitors in just last 1 year. When I started this journey, I had no idea where I will go and where I will end up. Today this blog has crossed 1 Million Visitors. I thank you for reading this blog. I have learned a lot of writing on this blog as well.

Update in the year 2019:: I had no idea that I will be still writing this blog in the year 2019 and I am making this update in the year 2019. I would love to express the same feeling which I had expressed in the year 2006 when I started the blog and in the year 2007 when I had completed one year!

When I was recently installing SQL Server 2019 on docker, I realized that we have come a long way from the product which only ran on SQL Server to even Linux and on the container as well. Truly, I am very much thankful to SQL Server and overall Microsoft for doing all the hard work.

Let me end this blog post with one final quote from Allen Shore of Boston Legal – Let me tell me two things about myself. I too am a lawyer, I can be painfully vindictive, and I do not play fair.

Now can we say the same thing about DBA? – I say No – what do you say?
