Fix for HResult 0x2, Named Pipes Provider: could not open a connection to SQL Server. Enable TCP/IP and Named Pipes in SQL Server Configuration Manager.

Error 1418 says the server network address cannot be reached or does not exist. Check the firewall, then enable TCP/IP for the server and client on port 1433.
