I have received quite a few questions about the class as well since the announcement and here are the answers to them.
Question: What happens if we still have follow-up questions after the training?
Answer: I would be surprised if you do not have follow-up questions. There are two ways you can get answers to your follow-up questions.
- Option 1: You can schedule FREE 1 hour free consultation within 30 days of the training.
- Option 2: You can connect with me on a collaborative tool Slack for follow up questions.
Question: When will I have access to the recording of the class and for how long?
Answer: The recording of the class will go live within 3 days of the class and you can watch it for 30 days for unlimited time.
Question: Can I request you to look at our server’s health during the FREE 1 Hour consulting time?
Answer: Absolutely, that 1-hour consulting time is yours and you can ask me anything which is related to SQL Server Performance Tuning.
Question: Is the online session live or recorded?
Answer: The online session will be a live session and you will be able to watch me present the session. The session will be recorded as well and will be available for you to watch for 30 days after the training is over.
Question: Can I share the login with my teammates?
Answer: No, this is per seat ticket prices. If you want your friends to watch the session, he will have to buy a separate ticket.
Question: Is there a discount to sign up for the session?
Answer: Of course there is an early bird discount.

Question: What happens if I have sudden work when the class is delivered?
Answer: You can always watch the recording of the training for up to 30 days.
Question: If I sign up for the training and want to transfer it to my friend, how can I do it?
Answer: Easy, just send me an email with the payment details and I will transfer it. You can do this 3 days before the training.
