I would like to ask your help/opinion with another issue in SSMS (not directly related to this browser stuff but I haven&#039;t found it on the net, probably because I don&#039;t know the correct search words or maybe there&#039;s no solution for it): when I right-click on a table in object explorer and &quot;Select Top 1000 Rows&quot; the query includes the database name in the FORM clause and the active database is master (as shown in the bar above). It&#039;s getting annoying for me because I don&#039;t like including the db name in a query (it needs additional typing :)) and when you work with SSIS you&#039;d better leave out that anyway.
Do you think there&#039;s a setting for SSMS to exclude the db name from the query and change to that database instead?
I would be grateful if you could help me!
