SELECT DISTINCT a.FirstDate, b.LastDate
FROM #TimeTable a
INNER JOIN #TimeTable b ON a.FirstDate = b.LastDate

Is there any reason why you used this instead of 

SELECT * FROM #timetable WHERE firstdate = lastdate?]]></description>
