Hi Pinal,

It would be great if you can blog on how log sequence numbers can be used for capturing the changes. This is something that is very less talked about in most of the forums which refer to CDC feature.

It was a great explanation on CDC feature. It would have been far better if we had complete presentation that you had planned.

Hi Pinal,
The event topics are really interesting. Since i am in the BI space I would like to more about PowerPivot, I wish i could attend one of these events. Do you have any slides or notes that you can share on PowerPivot. Thank you for your comments on my blog. I wish I could write more, I will definitely try.

Hi Pinal,

Many thanks for shareing CDC script. However, I am quite interested to know the user who changed the data and the host name (machine name) they used to do the data change. Is there any way we can get this information using CDC ? so that I can say bye-bye to good old SQL Triggers to capture such details.
