You will see the MICROSOFT SERVER SQL VSS WRITER. Instead of uninstalling if you click on “change” it will give you the option to repair it and it will reinstall it.

What it means basically is that SQL dumper is a debug program for SQL. You can get it back by reinstalling SQL server.
