I Hope you are fine

I have develop one asp.net web site, which publish on two server in IIS 6.0 ( for Security purpose)

I want to Transfer link from one server to second no server when first was gone down ( mother bord problem ) 

At that time I want transfer link automatically &amp;

I want full database recovery on second no server automatically

How can I do 

Please help me
