On windows xp:

VS 2005 – connection to sql server 2008R2 was possible after installation of
1) VS 2005 service pack 1 : VS80sp1-KB926601-X86-ENU.exe
2) a patch on this: VS80sp1-KB954961-X86-INTL.exe

Hello, I’ve read this, and i’ve 2 versions of visual studio 2005 and 2008 ,, i had created sql compact edtion on 2008 and now i need to make a connection from vs2005 .. while this i get this error message : Invalied database version [Db version = 3505053 , Requested version = 3004180].
plz if you’ve any idea regarding this error let me know..
