I need to create a USER for our application, the user should not be assigned with database administrator or database owner privilege.

We have assign a customised privilege instead of default role based privilege provided by the database.

The user should be able to ‘Create’ and ‘Execute’ the stored procedure, triggers, all DDL statements (create table, views..) and functions.

Also to back or archive the database. Could you assist me creating a user with such privileges.
